Large single family project. It would be easier and quicker to build a new house but because it was in a historic district we have brought it back to it's former glory by rebuilding it.

One of our favorite projects to date. This house turned out to be a masterpiece. The pictures do not do it justice.

This property was gutted when Borter Z received this project. We worked meticulously to create best house on the block.

Single family house that we completely rehabbed for house buying company. All new systems. Great finishes. Just look at the vaulted ceiling in the kitchen.

Great 2-flat that needed medium rehab. We modernized it while keeping the original charm.

The objective was to create a master bedroom suite in attic area that was an old in-law apartment.  Some great features of this suite are large walking closet with a window overseeing the back yard, custom shower, bath tub, double vanity, skylights, and two extra closets.

4-flat neighborhood revival.  We turned this apartment building from worst house on the block to the nicest one.

On this project we started with a blank canvas and created one of the nicest offices we ever have seen. It has a great energy.
